Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Waxahachie

The service here is lacking until a manager is present. The chefs try their best, but it falls short of expectations. Without a manager to address issues such as incorrect orders or poorly cooked food, it is difficult to obtain a refund. This $20 bill feels like a wasted donation.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I had ordered my breakfast online ahead of time, and my order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:17. I arrived early and waited, but the doors were still closed. I tried calling several times before finally reaching someone at 8:35. The person I spoke to insisted that they were open, even though the doors were closed and no one had answered the phone earlier. I ended up getting my cold food at 8:45, after a frustrating 20-minute wait. A simple apology for running late would have been more understandable in this situation.

The food is great, but the service can be inconsistent at times. It seems that many of the workers are new, and the chefs may make mistakes on orders, such as forgetting to include shrimp in a shrimp taco.

Use them to be great, but not anymore. Eating is terrible and cold when they get it. I asked for a fuzzzy dust on the side and the guy said that we don't do that they can buy some up front. since when are you not? I always have to. tonight we went to the fuzzy in red oak and it was perfect. clear, very friendly staff and when I picked up my order when it was ready, said the owner himself, would they like to ask a few smokey dust on the side? what? the one in waxahachie said that I couldn't ask. then he said when I left, if you need more chips for the queen, just come back. more amazing place I will go now to the in red oak

Worst Fuzzys I have ever been to! They had no drinks and this watered down cheese is what they call queso. I would definitely go to another restaurant or make a sandwich at home before ever coming back here!
