Cancun's Amerimex - Waxahachie

Food very unimpressive and bland. Also ordered 1 takeout meal and was charged extra for that despite not requiring service, a plate to wash, or anything. The place seems desperate to make a buck. Will not return. There are other and better places to eat. Cancun’s seem to have forgotten this.

Customer Service Quality of food has gone down hill since they have moved. They NEVER ANSWER their phones so you can place an order!!! When you go their and complain they apologize and smile at at you!!! NEVER GOING BACK...

We have been going to Cancuns for years. The food and has always been great. The past several times I have picked up food there, they have gotten the order wrong. This time the food was totally unacceptable. Chicken fried steak and turkey and dressing was awful. Even the vegetables were awful. Not the food they used to cook. It seems since they moved to their new location the food AND service has gone downhill. I am so sad because we really liked their food.

Food was amazing.
