These guys work hard and they deal with a big work flow. This place is top of the line.

The customer service at this restaurant is unacceptable. The employees are rude and impatient. We ordered the special, but they forgot to put it on the ticket. When we brought this to their attention, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake. There are many aspects of this business that need improvement. They should at least properly train their employees in customer service.

We absolutely adore 4 Queens! It has become our weekly go-to spot for a delicious meal, and we are consistently impressed with the efficiency and excellent customer service, not to mention the amazing ice cream. We highly recommend this place. Every time we have interacted with the staff, they have been friendly and helpful. A fun little added bonus is learning about the building's history as a railway depot. Take a stroll along the Cedar River before stopping in for a sweet treat after enjoying nature. 4 Queens has a wide variety of options, from classic cones to our newfound favorite, the coffee bites.

This is a fantastic spot for ice cream lovers. Situated in a prime location right on the west side of the Cedar River. The staff is welcoming and the giant malt shakes are huge. Definitely go for a large size, they are delicious.
