The Wharf Indian Cusine - Waverley

This a smallish venue with an almost overwhelming choice of menu options. Some standards/classics but some different/more unusual dishes. Friendly polite and prompt service. Food nicely presented and tasty. We are a group of friends who have regular pub and curry evenings. We'd not tried this place before, all of us enjoyed our meal choices and would go back again. Limited selection of wines. The bill was £40 a head inc tip for pappadoms, shared starters, a main course and shared rice/ve each, cobras and a bottle of wine between 4 of us. We thought it was fair value for money.

Visited here with a large group midweek. It was fairly busy, service was excellent and quick. The quality of the food was very good, a very enjoyable experience overall.

Regulars,but 2 wks of really bad food. Chicken dry/overcooked, rice cloggy.No more recommendations.

Absolutely brilliant time had my myself and colleagues on Friday evening. The staff coped with large group extremely well, very attentive and usual high quality. Food was delicious, all enjoyed a variety of dishes, cooked beautifully. Thank you Abdul and team!

We went for a buffet lunch today with friends . The food was delicious. We usually have take aways and this is the first time we ate in and we were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly ,nothing was to much trouble and the food was cooked fresh . We will definitely visit again for Sunday buffet and would highly recommend you try it
