Greggs - Waveney

Hygiene is obviously not a strong point with this particular Greggs! Dirty tables, untidy seating area with food left on the floor and an overflowing bin in the eating area! There were several flies around in the back eating area which wasn't surprising when you went into the toilet not too far away. It was filfy, smelt and was inundated with flies. The staff weren't at all bothered when we commented on the cleanliness and flies and asked what we expected them to do about it.... der CLEAN?We soon came out for some fresh air!

Shop was dirty no serviettes waiting time ages no staff on counter queue out to door very disappointing

The prices are good and food tastes good, especially the chicken baguette. However, I have been disappointed with the vegan sausage rolls because they have been cold. Hence the 4 out of 5. I understand that this is how they keep prices lower but I would be willing to pay a little more for a hot one. Still enjoyable though. Just not a place I go to for hot food

Greggs is great for a latte sausage roll (or whatever you fancy) but now if you want to go for a quick wee you have to remember the code for the loo's... they are different for each loo!! What a pain.

Had a young girl called Evie serve us and she was great. Very friendly and helpful offering great service, a credit to the Gregg's company, just a shame a seagull stole my wife's pizza slice when we walked back to car. Dam those lowestoft seagulls one day you will meet your match.
