Charcoal Grill Kebab House - Waveney

Dreadful food. Despite using this place for a few year, our last order took 70 minutes to arrive, was tasteless and very cold.

Ordered for delivery via Just Eat, our food arrived over 30 minutes late and was cold and the chips and pitta were stale. Asked for a delivery charge refund and they refused. Awful food, bad customer service!

Had chicken wrap large kebab , very good , Hille sauce not that hot ? But overall much better than most other kebabs . Will definitely re order good stuff guys

We typically enjoy Charcoal Grill Kebab twice a month, but tonight we were disappointed. We placed an order for collection at 16:55 and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes, as we were just 2 minutes away with friends. After 15 minutes, we received a call asking for our address, despite us stating it was for collection. They then informed us that our order was ready, even though they had only just started cooking the chicken shish when we arrived. There seemed to be confusion in the kitchen, with a younger man adding to the chaos. After waiting until 17:40, 45 minutes later, we finally received our takeaway. The kebab meat was excessively greasy, even after using multiple sheets of kitchen roll to soak up the oil. The chips were initially hot but quickly became hard and chewy, suggesting they were re-heated. We were disappointed with our Sunday treat and felt that we had wasted our money.

Shabby looking take a way inside and out. Placed my order chicken and chips, then was ignored for so long i nearly walked out. I did not see anything hygiene wise during prep and cooking to worry about. The chicken was very nice, better than KFC the chips hard and cold.
