I'm a big fan of Arby's and have frequented many different locations around the country but this one is definitely lacking...My observations from over a dozen stops her are that while employees are pleasant they are distracted by drive in business which causes walk in business to be lacking...Also it seems whenever I have been there at least one or more menu items that I ordered were unavailable, this seems to be a local issue as I can't recall ever having this happen at any other Arby's location that I have patronized...

They were out of half the menu. No signage. Should have just closed at this point. No fries, no chicken, no sauces.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad but was given a Turkey Bacon Club. When I returned to the restaurant and explained what transpired, the staff immediately prepared a Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich for me. I enjoyed the Pecan Chicken Salad but was extremely impressed with the Turkey Bacon Club. Outstanding flavor and the bread for both the Pecan Chicken Salad and the Turkey Bacon Club is a delicious, hearty multi grain. These sandwiches are now on my 'will enjoy again ' list. A very satisfied customer, Arby 's.
