Qdoba Mexican Grill - Wauwatosa

The food was good, the service was decent. It seemed a little chaotic behind the counter I expected, but it didn't really impede my order, it was just distracting. Everyone was pleasant.

I love this place. I saw it die slowly. It is always hard to find a clean table, floors are sticky, and the chicken today was rough.. I didn't finish it and pray I won't get sick. I really wish the old manager was still there. You need to fix these problems now.

Very busy male and female play around in the background 3 workers did well and the female made some unnecessary comments. If I were younger, would I do that? ve jumped over the counter and showed her what a DARK AFRICAN could do. I and the Mexican Homies will never dine here

Super rude staff. The boy who took orders just stood and waited for me to say something, he didn't greet me at all. The cash register seemed like she was sleepy or had a hard time to understand. When I told her that my container went out from queso, she continued to put it in my chips (directly over it). I had to pull it out and put it in a separate bag. The boy who originally took my order (quesadillas) pushed it over the counter when it was ready and went. I'll never spend a bump in Qdoba again.

The three workers standing at the cash register could have really cleaned the place. Lobby a total mess. Garbage on floors tables. Cleaner trash bags sitting on top of garbage container. Two employees had ear pods in. Sitting at side booth chatting. Make table complete mess. Back kitchen soiled pots pans everywhere. Food cold got ground beef nachos. I should have left. No where near what they used to be. Very disappointed. Stayed because first choice was closed 2nd choice was drive thru only. I usually don't give bad reviews either but this was the same as the Menomonee Falls store which was dirty as well.
