P.f. Chang's - Wauwatosa

My brother and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. It had been years since we last visited, but we will definitely be back soon. The portion sizes were generous and we were thrilled to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. We are grateful for the excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter was particularly outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

The service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. The food is average, leaning more towards American Chinese cuisine like Panda Express, but the restaurant itself is beautiful. It's still good enough for someone who isn't picky about traditional Asian cuisine.

I adore this restaurant. I would happily drive 45 minutes just to dine here on special occasions. Every dish is delicious, but my favorites are the Spicy Changs Chicken and the Chicken Salad. The sushi is also top-notch. The dessert, a fudgy hot chocolate, was absolutely divine. The combination of chocolate, vanilla bean ice cream, and raspberry sauce created a flavor explosion in my mouth. Our waitress, Jackie, was fantastic - polite, friendly, and efficient.

I went to dinner with my daughter on Wednesday in the early evening and we had a very pleasant experience. We felt welcome when we came in and left with smiles. The dining area was not too crowded and the ambience was very relaxing. Our server was extremely personal, pleasant and accommodating. We placed our drink order and when our server heard me decide what, if at all, drink to order, they suggested a beverage selection that was just pleasant to my special taste palette. It is possible that it was just a happy guess, but I definitely appreciate it. The dishes were different than I used to, as it is a Japanese cuisine. However, the menu offers a good selection of options for even the most picky of eaters as I do. We ordered an appetizer (fried green beans), and the sauce that comes with it is a tiny bit sharp for my taste, so I asked for one side of Ranch Dressing. Our server answered kindly that they don't wear it, but that they would suggest to their manager that they hold some on their hands. I thought that was a thoughtful and helpful answer. For my food order, I had vegetable fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. My daughter ordered shrimps with brown rice and vegetable spring rolls. I was confused about the white crispy, noodles??? Okay, I'm still confused about what they were, or even if they were meant to be eaten. But overall we both enjoyed our meals. When we went, our server said in conversation that they really enjoyed working here (in P.F. Chang's) and that it is mainly because they really like the people they work with and that their employees are like family ... There is nothing you can say that there is more free from a place than that when you ask me. All about our visit to P.F. Chang has exceeded our expectations. We'll be back, hopefully sooner than later.

The street noodles were excellent along with the lettuce wraps. I enjoyed my visit there. However, I did not like the egg plant. This doesn't mean that others won't love it.. Different taste for different people. It's just that I prefer my egg plant cooked a little differently. I highly recommend you try for yourself!
