Panera Bread - Wauwatosa

This place is great! The food is sooo go and affordable. I wish I had it in my country. I recommend the place.

It's delicious every time I get to eat here. It could sometimes get to do, especially because it's in a mall. Anyway, food is great and the staff seems nice. Eating is kind of expensive, but you get what you pay. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Try it and you won't regret it. Thanks for my review. Peace?

Takeout. The front staff only glanced at me while chatting amongst themselves. The order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. When the order was finally prepared, the kitchen staff who handed it to me did not say a word. It's disappointing how unfriendly or uncommunicative the employees at this establishment can be. The bagel was also tough and there were no utensils in the bag. I struggled to eat it.

Cam and ordered two big lemonade *to go*. Filled them, realized they had no big lid left. I went to the counter to ask for a cover, the employee who checked me out before said they obviously had no left. If you knew? had no big lid, why did you tell me about the order? Not their fault they were not in stock, but it was rude and it is sufficiently annoying to take two large drinks to go without lid. Also no offer of another size or any kind of help.

Today I ordered the Pick 2 option at the restaurant. I chose the Steak and white cheddar half sandwich and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was absolutely delicious, it was my favorite. However, I was disappointed with the sandwich. It was quite small, not even close to being a half sandwich. I had asked for double steak, but it only had about 3 small pieces. It also lacked pickled onions, which I usually love on this sandwich. Additionally, there was way too much horseradish aioli. Overall, this was the worst sandwich I have ever received from Panera. I was very disappointed with my experience today.
