I purchased fresh sushi-grade tuna tonight, and it was the best we've ever had! It was buttery and absolutely delicious, melting in your mouth. We quickly seared it on both sides, leaving it mostly raw and incredibly fresh. I highly recommend it—definitely worth the extra cost!
