Never changed our order even when it was wrong refused to even change it to the right
Ordered onions rings and soft serve ice cream. Onion rings were mushy, underdone. The cup soft serve came in was small and was 2/3 full! Ridiculous!
My husband and I walked in only to stand there waiting and waiting. We weren't even acknowledged that we were there. The workers kept working the drive thru (which wasn't very busy) and ignoring us. They would look over now and then. We stood there for at least 5 or more minutes with no response as another couple entered as well. We finally made the decision to go somewhere else. I'm glad we did, though. It wasn't really clean either. Wake up Burger King
I just came from this location in Wauseon, Ohio. I had the most terrible service I 've ever had. First they were slow and rude. Then the kiosk didn 't ring up my order correctly. Then the manager told me they couldn 't change or cancel an order. They were incredibly rude about it too. Then the website wants me to upload a receipt but I didn 't complete the purchase. Why would I? I didn 't get what I wanted and they were rude. I 'm not paying for bad service. I literally had to walk out bc they wouldn 't cancel it And let me reorder. Also your phone system sucks bc you can 't even get a human on the phone.
