Dairy Queen Grill Chill - WAUPACA

The food may be hit or miss, but the staff is fantastic and who doesn't love Dairy Queen?!

The hamburger was cold and dry, which was a surprise as it is typically very good.

I needed a birthday cake last minute and wasn't sure where to find one in Waupaca. I stopped by this Dairy Queen on August 19th around noon and was impressed with the excellent and efficient customer service from the staff. They were attentive, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. There was a wide variety of cakes to choose from, and they personalized my cake beautifully. It was delicious!

Garbage cans out back smell sooooo bad it smells worse than manure and it is STRONG!!!! they are stinking up your entire drive thru from the order board all the way to the window!! I lost my appetite!!!!! Feedback from family that ate the food is asfollows....toast isn't even toasted. Just warm. Gravy is extremely watered down and has no flavor. Chili dog and hamburger bothseemed UNDERCOOKED! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!

I really enjoy Dairy Queen, it's one of the few large chains that seems to have maintained it's initial vision and has resisted the urge to cut costs by lowering quality.
