Jimmy John's - Waunakee

Don’t order delivery from here! This location had no idea how to own the food chains branding. They are never freaky fast! Every time I have ordered delivery it’s like 40+ minutes. Waunakee is a small community and it’s mind blowing how they take this long! I don’t often leave reviews, but this location is AWFUL!! Don’t order delivery, and probably best to just avoid all together. The teenagers working there are also clearly spoiled and privileged with no idea how to behave in the real world or provide good customer service.

I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!!

Freaky Slow should be their motto. I’m currently writing this as I sit here. I ordered online roughly 30 minutes ago for pickup, and three people have come in and left with their orders since I’ve been sitting here. Three cars in the drive thru apparently constitutes “busy”…

Tip hustling business. I had never been asked to tip at Subway, why does JJ?

I order a sub and only one piece of meat and cheese with lot lettuce and tomatoes,it was reported to manager so when I went to get my free sandwich with my phone number the the skinny guy work the counter are very racist with only one black work there.....bad business ?
