Scrima's Pizza - Waukesha

This is a food truck, outside the Woodman’s Supermarket on Main Street…

Would give zero stars. Have been having Scrimas from Woodmans for years. This weekend we got some ham. My son and mother-in-law were the only ones to eat it and got extremely sick. My mother-in-law had to be transferred to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a viral staph infection, a common type of food poisoning. We contacted Scrimas to have Joe Scrima himself call back. He was extremely rude claiming in all his years this has never happened. No concern. He told us to drop off an official complaint and maybe his insurance will help. He didn't care. I work with food and I am ServSafe certified by the State of Wisconsin and this is complete garbage. Food poisoning can kill someone and the slightest thing can taint food. Sometimes slip ups happen, its human nature. However arguing and showing no concern for a customer you got sick is bad business. I will never shop Scrimas again and will spread the word.

The pizza is good and they are located inside the Woodman's Store. You can call ahead, you can take and bake the pizza, or they can bake it for you. They also have a good rotisserie chicken. Since it is part of the supermarket, you have to pay for the food up front and at times the lines are horrendously long. It is convenient to get your food and grab some drinks and snacks to complement the meal.

Had a slice at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson at the rally and it was great all the guys in our group all said it was really good

Very good pizza! Unfortunately, it's a bit over priced for how much you get.
