Mia's - Waukesha

Mia's has long been a favorite of ours even though it is a bit of a drive for us. Tonight we arrived at 630 to a 3/4 full dining room. Only 2 servers and no bartender. Our server Vaughn was amazing! His attitude and attention in the chaos of all of the customers he was serving was OUTSTANDING! Thank you!

The minestrone was top notch. The spaghetti and meatballs were lukewarm, and the meatballs overcooked. I didn't say anything to my server, because she was new and I didn't want to overwhelm her.

The wait for pizza was atrocious. Don’t do it. They’ve had a problem for several years now. Get an oven!

Mia’s is a hidden gem in downtown Waukesha! The menu is FABULOUS! The atmosphere, food, and service are deserving of a Michelin star; the owner, Bo, was the perfect host. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your little Italy.

Good food, but last night and the last time we were there we waited over a half hour for our food, not sure about returning, bill a little high also. Kid-friendliness: Maybe too kid friendly
