Einstein Bros. Bagels - Waukesha

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I used the drive-thru, and while the menu was covered in frost (which I completely understand living in Wisconsin), that wasn't the issue. What really spoiled my experience was the rudeness of the staff member when I asked for a recommendation. She was incredibly unhelpful, and it got to the point where I just opted for a plain coffee and passed it to my wife. Maybe I just happened to encounter the wrong person, but it definitely put me off. I would prefer to drive somewhere else now. For the record, the woman I dealt with was thin and Caucasian—not that it matters, but I wanted to provide a description in case others have similar experiences and need to address the issue with the right person.

I placed an order on the website for 8:00 AM and arrived at 7:56 AM to pick it up. Unfortunately, my shake was melted, and the food was cold. I expressed my concerns and requested that my food and shake be remade, but the staff member I spoke with was quite rude. After they remade my order, I went home only to find that they had gotten it wrong. Instead of a French toast bagel, I received a plain bagel. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had. I would rate it 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it.

I'm lowering my rating to 1 star. Having only the drive-through open is frustrating. They should just shut down this location altogether. It's so unreliable; often, you can't even go inside because they're short-staffed. Just close it! I'm really tired of wasting my time driving all the way from Brookfield just to meet a local friend.

I 'll change my review back to five stars when they bring back the bagel crust on the bagelrito. this taco version stinks compared to the original. so disappointed. DEAR CORPORATE, IF IT AIN 'T BROKE DON 'T FIX IT. if you made this change to save adollar in your own pockets, all i have to say is you 're being selfish.

I'm thrilled that Caribou has reopened in Waukesha! Their drinks are expertly crafted using quality ingredients. The new building is pristine and inviting. The food is excellent too!
