The Beach Street Cafe - Watsonville

Old-fashioned diners are still around! This particular diner embodies that classic charm, complete with excellent traditional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, and when we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends.

The food is delicious with generous portion sizes, and the service was excellent. The restaurant is also very clean.

Spent the weekend in Monterey and after spending way too much money at all of the overrated, over priced, over crowded tourist hot spot restaurants, it was amazing to find this gem! The folks who work here were amazing. The vibes were chill. The customers seemed to be mostly locals which made it feel a bit more like coming home... and the food was amazing. We will be back for sure next time we are in the area. Best place we ate at all weekend! The potatoes were fire ?

Thank you Beach Street Cafe! The staff was wonderful! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The scratch made salsa could have been a meal on its own. But the star was the breakfast burrito! It was mind altering, more of a religious experience than breakfast. This was hands down the best breakfast I?ve eaten in 51 years!

I have ordered food from Beach Street Cafe on DoorDash and I've also ordered in person. The food here is amazing. I've never had a bad dish. The service is excellent and the staff are charismatic and sweet. If you're in the area, stop here and get breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend!
