Marco's Pizza - Watkinsville

Ordered from them for the first time because they were the only location that delivered to our home. Pizzas are always fresh, hot, and delicious and delivery is very fast. Any time we have ordered drinks, they have been cold. One time they almost forgot our dipping sauce but came right back after realizing they didn't leave it. Marcos in Watkinsville has been very helpful during our kitchen renovation. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work!

Epic incompetence. I order $160 worth of food?pizza and chicken?four hours early to pick up at 6:15. I roll in at 6:19 and they only have the pizza ready, and ask me if I want the wings etc. too because they didn?t make them yet. Only then does the guy start making them. ????

I have had many fair experiences, here. Today?s was not impressive, at all. Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for delivery at 11:40am. At 12:40pm, my app finally said that it was out for delivery. We are 7 minutes away from Marco?s. At 1:02pm, I called to get an ETA. I expressed that it had been over an hour and 20 minutes since I place the order. I stated that we were only 7 minutes away, and it had said ?out for delivery? for over 20 minutes. The girl who was on the phone stated that the driver had multiple deliveries on that trip, and she would be there soon. I expressed my concern of receiving cold pizza for my staff, and she slightly laughed and stated ?your pizza will not be cold? with slight a attitude. She did not try to acknowledge my concerns besides laughing it off. She did not even bother to apologize for the longer-than-normal waiting period. That was very poor customer service. About 12 minutes later, the pizza finally arrived. The pizza is nearly cold. The crust is cold and the sauce is hardly warm. It seemed like it had been out of the over for about 50 minutes and left in a bag. I understand staffing my be short at places, and places may be busy. However when I am promised hot pizza and get cold pizza, and receive attitude that is uncalled for, it really puts me as a customer in a poor situation. As someone who worked in food service for many years, the service I received today is unacceptable.

So, I once upon a time used to be a head cook at a pizza shop. I know what's it's like rolling pizza balls every night and tossing pies. This place is hands down best pizza I have ever had in this area period. I live way out in Winterville and from now on this is my pizza place! The pepperoni magnifico I ordered tonight was just amazing ????...... Thank you guys, next time your getting a double tip! UPDATE We ordered again from these guys and like last time it was amazing! Look at the pics of that pie!

Called waited thru automated message, real person answered asked me to hold. Waited for over 15 minutes. Finally another person answers, but is talking to someone else in the store. I wait, listening to a conversation about it being a typical busy Friday night. After a moment of fumbling, they HUNG UP!! I call back...get same automated message that goes FOREVER! I FINALLY HUNG UP...NO PIZZA WORTH THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE!!!
