Holy Cow Deli - Watkins Glen

Great place to grab a bite and fuel up before hitting Watkins Glen. They have more than just the typical deli sandwiches, offering cheese steaks, fried fish sandwiches (not frozen), and grilled chicken sandwiches. My favorite? The gluten free bread. I wish I would have asked what kind of gf bread it was because it was the best Ive had and was of normal size. Friendly service, too!

We got sandwiches to take on our hike in Watkins Glen State Park. They were good, but ask them to go light on the dressings or sauces one of the sandwiches was a little leaky.

Definitely impressive food and location down town. Weekly specials, meat and seafood counters. Plenty of seating without feeling crowded. Park is tight with limited spaces. Definitely very wheel chair friendly.

Great sandwiches. I had The Godfather, it was excellent, and my brother had their cheeseburger. The cheeseburger is fantastic, they do it on a sub roll so it’s soft and delicious (perfectly cooked too!

I had an absolutely fantastic lunch here! After a hike, I arrived feeling quite hungry and left completely satisfied. The Reuben sandwich was grilled to perfection, generously packed with delicious meat and flavors. The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. I also enjoyed a local IPA that complemented the meal perfectly. I highly recommend stopping by for a sandwich!
