Captain Bill's - Watkins Glen

I was very disappointed with the tour. The ranger who spoke on the top deck provided much more valuable information. Unfortunately, it was too cold up there, so most of my fellow travelers opted to stay below and listen to a man reading a narrative instead.

We had a wonderful time on the boat tour and discovered many fantastic gifts and souvenirs.

We took the Sightseeing Cruise on October 18, 2023, and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The boat was comfortable, and we opted to sit on the upper deck. It was a bit chilly up there, but it was manageable. There was also a heated area below with restrooms on board. Throughout the cruise, they provided a wealth of information about the area. The views of the lake were stunning, and I absolutely loved it. I'm really glad they were open this late in October. I highly recommend this experience!

It was so nice to see lake Seneca and eat at the restaurant. It was a perfect experience.
