Cote Brasserie Watford

We had our annual friends Christmas dinner at this restaurant. The food was delicious and there were many festive events happening at night, creating a lively atmosphere. However, we felt slightly rushed during the meal and when ordering, and we had to move tables at the end of our meal due to another booking. It was nice that the servers greeted us when we arrived, but it would have been even better if they acknowledged our gratitude when we thanked them and said goodbye.

The service at this restaurant was not only friendly and welcoming, but also efficient and attentive. Despite sitting outside, our server made sure we had everything we needed and helped me choose a delicious bright red wine to go with my Pinot Noir. The dishes we ordered were rich and creamy, with a flavorful sauce that was not thin or watery. My friend's steak was cooked to perfection, even though she requested it more well done than recommended. We both enjoyed our desserts as well, with my cream caramel and her salted caramel chocolate tart being particularly delicious. Despite the hot day, sitting outside in the shade made us feel like we were on vacation rather than in Watford. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

This restaurant is the ideal spot for hosting a family celebration, but unfortunately Cote did not meet expectations.

The service was not only warm and friendly, but also understandable and efficient. we sat outside, which often means they are forgotten, but our server was attentive throughout. she helped me to choose a bright red wein with which I had the pinot noir I was satisfied with. I was really happy with my moules that were rich and creamy and not thin and watery, as the sauce/liquid can often be. my friend ordered a steak that was recommended served pink, but she brought her request for more well done and she was happy with it. my cream caramel was delicious and my friend enjoyed their salted caramel chocolate cake. it was a really hot day and sitting outside in the shadow felt like we were on vacation and not in watford. go back.
