La sosire a trebuit să aștepte ca personalul să devină disponibil, doar două chelnerițe făcând totul în Ajunul Crăciunului. Când a fost confirmat în cele din urmă rezervarea noastră nu a fost recunoscută, chiar dacă e-mailul a fost arătat personalului. Mese reunite și curățate. Așteptat să fie servit. On arrival had to wait for staff to become available, only two waitresses doing everything on Christmas Eve . When eventually acknowledged our booking was not recognised, even though email was shown to staff. Tables put together and cleared. Waited 20minutes to be served. Food was excellent and staff tried their best. Very disappointed.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The employees are hardworking and constantly under pressure because of understaffing. It seems like management is only concerned with profit. Greed is definitely a driving force at this establishment.
