Dunkin' - Waterville

The staff at this restaurant is truly delightful. They are cheerful, friendly, and clearly enjoy working there, which is contagious and brought a smile to my face.

I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and couldn't leave. This has happened before. I should just go to the one up the street next time.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but today's experience was terrible! I spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and couldn't even exit the line. When I finally reached the order window, I was informed that they were only serving donuts and bagels. Despite this, I ordered 2 drinks and 1 bagel, only to receive both drinks incorrect. I understand that staffing issues can be challenging, but I will not be returning to Dunkin' for quite some time. McDonald's offers a decent coffee for less than $1.50 and you can get 2 for the price of 1 Dunkin' coffee, with a much shorter wait time.

What an absolutely disgusting customer experience I have ever had, in the aspect of the manager , Marta, screaming at her employees because an employee did not say the day prior does this complete your order . I am flabbergasted on how the employeesare so sweet, specifically Jennifer (455062), who helped us and still managed to put a smile on her face. Understand if ManagerMarta does not change her attitude towards her employees, this store will have none left. And Marta, if you don 't want to becalled out, change your attitude. It 's distasteful for a paying customer.

Ordered breakfast for myself and son, everything was black and burnt! Called to complain and surprise phone has been disconnected! Disgusting nasty place will never eat there again!
