Dunkin' - Waterville

Normally fast service and great coffee in the morning. Even if you do have to wait through the drive through line because there's 10 cars in front of you. They offer ordering ahead or inside ordering too which makes it very convenient

The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Did a door dash, they didn't have what was ordered(which should be updated on the application), then essentially ignores us, and took forever to fix the order, the lady doing the order just disappeared. Alsovery rude.

Pretty standard dunkin' donuts nothing really special to say if you're going for donuts don't go in the evening or afternoon because selection will be slim. But America definitely runs on Duncan.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The longest line, the most incompetent staff, and the rudest attitudes I've seen. Not to mention that the lady at the window messed up my order and wouldn't fix it. Telling me to get back in line to try again

Service was sooooo very slow. It seemed like they didn't have enough employees.
