The Sunset Grille - Watertown

Sunset Grille hosted our baby shower of around 60 guests and they did an amazing job. The food was fantastic, the venue was beautiful, and Kathy did a wonderful job planning the event. We went to dinner after a nice afternoon of boating on Saturday 9/2/23 around 7:30 pm. Myself, my wife, our 3 daughters as well as a friend and her daughter were in attendance. There was a private party going on to the left of the entrance. The guests were rude and drunk making comments about children being in there. Since the cake and cookies were out in the open for this private party, one of our neurodiverse children grabbed a cookie not realizing it was for a private party. (Perhaps the treats should be blocked off next time . Kathy, the very rude manager, yelled at the child we were with in disgust, after I had already told the child that those were for a private party. Perhaps Kathy needs education on kindness, acceptance, and neurodiverse children. We used to love Sunset Grille in Watertown, but we will never be back. We have also kindly spread the word to everyone we know (which is a lot of people! .
