Jersey Mike's Subs - Watertown

Very disappointed. I ordered through Grub hub and asked for no cheese. Can't even eat my sandwich. We've ordered before and usually no issues. Tonight my husband's cheese steak was dry. I even personally called to make sure one had provolone and the other had no cheese.

Upon entering, the atmosphere was strangely quiet. They had a cooler with a selection of meats, but unfortunately, the appearance was reminiscent of government surplus meat, making it unappealing. Moreover, no one greeted us upon arrival, and we noticed a woman sitting outside, seemingly nodding off in an assumed opiate daze. The menu also didn't seem enticing. As a result, we decided to leave without placing an order.

Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and they manage to work quickly even with a small line. It's definitely one of the best deli experiences for getting in and out in the area.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich with American cheese and was charged over $18, and that didn't even include a drink or chips. I would recommend going to Nardelli's instead; it's a much better choice.

This place is absolutely terrible. I placed an online order and waited 15 minutes beyond the expected time for it to be ready. The hot sub was prepared and left sitting there while I waited for the cold sub. I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant!
