Dunkin' - Watertown

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the woman who served me. She noticed that I was having a rough day and wrote a message on my cup that truly brightened my spirits. She is such a kind person and an excellent employee.

I want to give a big thank you to the lady who helped my boyfriend fix an issue at the Dunkin’ on Arsenal Street. He had just bought some donuts from there, but they were packed in a way that caused them to stack on top of each other, and since it was a hot day, the icing melted off the donuts. Instead of sending him back to the other location, she kindly said she would take care of him. That was outstanding customer service! She ended up giving him five free donuts and a chai tea to make up for the mistake from the other store. You really can’t ask for better service than that! She definitely deserves a positive 15 stars! Thank you! In the picture, you can see the three maple donuts on the right that came from the other store, while the four donuts on the left (we had five but my boyfriend couldn’t resist eating one!) and the drink were complimentary from this store!

The staff is wonderful, but the place is often packed and you feel a bit hurried. Although I’m not a fan of Dunkin' Donuts, my kids really enjoy their doughnuts.

This location stands out for its exceptional attentiveness to customers. For instance, while I was seated at a table, I accidentally burned myself with hot coffee. Yvonne, one of the staff members, noticed from across the restaurant and quickly came over to offer me ice to soothe the burn. The service here is outstanding, and if I could give it six stars, I definitely would!

I can't speak to what the service was like a year ago, but I've consistently had great experiences here. The place is clean, and the person taking my order is always incredibly friendly. My kids asked for water, and he promptly gave them each their own cups, which saved me from having to buy an expensive bottle. I can't remember his name, but he usually works in the evenings when I stop by after work. He engages in nice small talk and has a wonderful personality! I'm sorry to hear that others have had negative experiences, but I highly recommend visiting in the evening—it's the best service I've ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts! In contrast, the employees at the one by the intersection are often quite rude. If I have to go to Dunkin’, I prefer to do it while I'm shopping, because at least there I don’t get treated poorly while placing my order. They actually acknowledge customers instead of leaving orders on the counter without a word. This location is fantastic and well-maintained—thank you for being the only good Dunkin’ in Watertown!
