Without a doubt, this is the best fish and chips in Waterlooville! The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are great. The shop is also easy to locate. If you're looking for a takeaway, I highly recommend this place!

When this place was called The Village Chippy, it wasn't great. Then it transformed into Atlantikos, and things improved significantly. Now, under the name Sam's, it's better than ever! I had cod and chips yesterday, and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. This is by far the best fish and chips shop in the area. Highly recommended!

I am very critical when it comes to fish and chips. some places can be quite poor and very disappointing, but this place is excellent. I ordered a large squid, a big cod, big chips and a curry sauce. the order lasted about 15 minutes, which is more than reasonable considering that the place was busy when I visited. at this opportunity we had to wait outside because this fish and chip shop is not so big. so factor that when they decide to go and get fish and chips here, especially when it is cold out. the entire order costs approx. £19, which is somewhat above the average price of this meal, but it is worth getting their order. both the cod and the squid were large fish pieces. the fish beautifully white and flocky, all wrapped in a slightly crispy teig and tasted really good. the chips were really nice and a real decent part and the curry sauce was a winner. overall this was a lot of food and easily fed two of us. I don't know how the other elements are on the menu, but on the basis of fish and chips, I would imagine very tasty. a must go for fish and chips in this area.
