Williams Fresh Cafe - Waterloo

The staff at this restaurant could benefit from more training to improve their knowledge of the menu items.

As with apparently all Williams Cafes, service was terribly slow. We were the only three people in the restaurant and there was no one in the drive thru. Yet it took more than 20 minutes to get a latte, a tea and a smoothie. We could easily have walked to the Tim Hortons down the street and returned with the same number of items in that time!While the food and drinks are always good, the service at Williams cafe is always slow, and this one was no different.

The latte was great. The costumer service-not so much. The closer had abruptly kicked us out early and was shoving the broom stick in between our legs to get us to hurry out of the doorway. ?

I came in at 11:30 to this location it seemed like the manager bald dude he seemed pissed unhappy didn’t let me choose what I wanted without being impatient kept yelling at the other employee I ordered a classic breakfast never got asked what toast I wanted or how my eggs should be done I wouldn’t even consider these eggs they’re super weird (look at photo) waffles are so hard it’s literally like brick hard.Overall very disappointed

Around a year ago, there were 2-3 female staff members who were extremely unhelpful in their service. They consistently forgot my orders and utensils during my dining experience. I had to leave my table multiple times to remind them about my purchases. Overall, it was a very disappointing and irresponsible experience.
