Williams Fresh Cafe - Waterloo

Except for the eggs, the food is excellent. Their sandwiches are fresh and fantastic. The soups are always hot and tasty . The all-day breakfast items (baked goods waffles) always taste fresh. The scrambled eggs, however, are of the dry crumbly variety.The coffee is fabulous and makes this an excellent midpoint destination for my daily long walk with my dog

Staff member was rude when accusing me of unplugging a sign from an outlet. There were plenty of outlets, she could have simply asked me to move instead of being accusatory.As well, the brownies were stored in the back in the fridge, not in the showcase. They tasted strongly of freezer burn. The iced coffee was fine.This happened with the female staff member working on August 20th, 2023 at 5:15 PM.

Used to frequent this Williams location often in the late 90s and mid 2000s when I was at KCI and Laurier hanging out with friends... spent many hours in the booth talking with friends and always loved the vibe and location. Been living in Toronto for many years now but this Williams location will always hold a special place in my heart.I visited this place couple years back and it was a trip down memory lane. My parents are still in KW so I hope to be able to visit for many more years to come.

This cafe is really good. The staff are really nice and helpful and always try their hardest to make the restaurant clean and to make the food good. Very good dining experience, 10/10 would come again
