Tim Hortons - Waterloo

Overall, I had a positive experience at this restaurant, although the service took a bit longer than expected.

I stopped for a coffee at Tim Hortons on my way to work and decided to go through the drive-thru. The loudspeaker welcomed me warmly, which was a nice touch. However, when I reached the window, the staff member didn't greet me or even inform me of the price. Instead, they just handed me my coffee and that was the end of it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I think there should be more emphasis on being friendly and cheerful.

The manager will not fix the food defect that was called me because they can't eat on Monday, I ordered to eat that they have forgotten the speck. Today I command the same order and they have only 2 strips on, but I am the one who is in the wrong.

Here stopped to grab a sarg and build wrap ordered 2 builders sausages, but both wrap didn't contain any wasting on it, didn't expect this from here.

Marsid helped me to redeem my points even though it was too busy. Such a good professional service.
