Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Cynthia made our experience spectacular! I’ve never had so much fun at a Swiss Chalet as the meal experience she created for us! She was funny, kind, sweet, and sassy and we will request her every time going forward if we can! Thanks Cynthia! You’re awesome!!

A great Swiss Chalet restaurant! Sometimes slow when busy but that is to be expected. Food is always good.

Swiss Chalet..the name implies comfort food, consistency, happy place, memories and this is a must go stop for all of the above. The place is huge and reminds me of the Swiss chalet of my youth, the staff were exceptionally lovely and attentive. A special shout out to Cindy who proved to be one of those angels that God places in your day. We shared moments of gratitude and went away with some sage advice that shotgun' was the best place to go thru this life. We were well fed( fries are to die for and its rare to find a place that serves fresh cut fries! And our souls were well fed too! Stop in, and if you are privileged enough to get Cindy as your waitress, please say hi to her from the Dundasians!

Takeout: Ordered Ribs and fries. Ribs were extremely dry and they didn’t have any sauce on them. Don’t know if the franchise changed the recipe but it’s horrible! Also everytime I order takeout the portions are extremely small!

Cindy our server was spectacular in her serving, friendliness,as well as helpful with answering many questions.My sister and I will for sure return to this location because we were so impressed with the friendly service.
