Pathetic service, I would never go to this subway ever again. I had a coupon of 3 build your own footlongs or select any sandwich from classic manu for $24.99. Before I chose the bread I asked one of the sandwich artist, will it be valid on vaggie patty sub?She directly says it will be not valid on that sub since it is not under classic sub category but when I checked on the app, it falls under classic subs.One of the associates said, we don't have it in stock at the moment.If you don't have the item in stock then please inform the customer, you don't have it. Don't give false information to customers.I went to another subway and I ordered same item and used coupon as well. They didn't say anything.Customers, please ask about the coupon before you place the order.From my point of view, even if they would have them in stock, they would not applied my coupon.Worst experience ever.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty
Very poor customer service and the employees have lack of knowledge about their own sandwiches types. I would not recommend anyone to go to this subway ever again. I doubt that even if they would have them in stock, still they would not comply with their flyer coupon.
I went to Subway on 6th September at 23:30 hrs. I ordered a Kickin chicken sub. I asked the order maker to add sauces. Most minimal amount of sauces were added. The sub was very dry and spoilt the entire experience.
Food is alright. I have to rant about this: every time I go to Subway and order one of their new ‘numbered’ menu items, after they place the meat on the bread they always ask me what I want to add on top. I do not understand what the heck the point of me ordering a pre-set sub is for, if they ask me what veggies I want on it. What is the difference then between ordering the numbered items and anything else? Like, you don’t go to McDonald’s and order a big mac and have them ask you what type of sauce and condiments you want for your patty. Would I order a big mac and ask them to remove the extra patty and remove the mac sauce too? No, I wouldn’t. So it boggles me why every subway is like this. Just give me what is shown in the damn picture.
