The homemade Oatmeal is out of the world.. creamy and filled with fresh ingredients.. good coffee ! Reasonably priced and parking was easy

I'm a frequent visitor. Over all happy customer. However I'm seeing a decline. The last three take out orders of mine were soggy, sloppy messes.Three different sandwiches, all the same issue.Just look at this. I don't know how anyone manages to put this much mayo on a sandwich. It's an absolute mess, and it overpowers the flavors and ruins the texture.I have to put down paper towels just to sop it up. I should be able to eat a sandwich without having to constantly clean mayo off of my hands.The sandwich falls apart because everything slips out.I can't imagine anyone eating this and thinking it's awesome. It's gross. I can't bring myself to finish it. Worse in real life than it looks like in this photo.When paying a premium for quality food I expect just that. I'm annoyed that I'm even writing this review.I just want to be happy customer who feels good from having a quality meal rather than fast food. Please do better.

I really enjoy their coffee and food, I usually go for the breakfast bagel or the 7-layer dip and chips...yum! While it's a small space, the layout is very convenient and it's super cozy. They also have outdoor seating, great for warmer weather!

Great atmosphere and patio. Friendly staff. Good coffee.Over easy eggs came over hard. (And no seasoning on them at all) Everything else was great. Would have loved an option of a spread for the toast (jam, PB, Avo, etc).Fair prices. Only grievance is the lack of any runny egg yolk for my toast.

Cozy Cafe off the main strip. My group enjoyed their meals: grilled cheese, parfait, egg sandwich and French toast (daily special). Coffee was good and strong. Would recommend if yu are looking for a laid back option. Staff was friendly. This spot also has a decent size patio that is shaded.Vegetarian options: Most options were vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: They had a corner off to the side with a play nook and books
