Pho Ben Thanh Viet Thai Restaurant

I spent $16 on the Supreme Chicken Rice Noodle dish and found that 80% of the chicken was bones. It was challenging to enjoy the meal because I had to spend a lot of time picking out the small pieces of chicken from the bones. The price seemed high for just noodles, broth, and a lot of bones.

I love Asian food, and the pho in the ben tranh was authentic and tasty. I would recommend it to anyone who wants authentic pho and not almost food pho.

The food we ordered was hot and abundant, but unfortunately the taste and texture were quite disappointing. The fruit sauce accompanying the fresh wraps was bland and lacked flavor. The dish of pine bark and broccoli was flavorless, appeared gray in color, and was watery - incredibly disappointing. It is disheartening to see the decline of this restaurant from our first visit to now.

I used to be with Ben Thanh. This is one of the worst in Kitchener. Very bad service, the waitress in Waterloo location had dirty clothes on her, stained with various food stains. Eating wasn't good at all. Cold, undercooked, and I didn't want to give it back because I didn't want to avoid any revenge from the cook. The waitress never came to ask if the food was good. I will take this opportunity to write a review about the location on Fairview street. They made mistakes with the orders and made us pay for the mistake I rejected. The waitress was so rude and silent with us. I called the management to complain. Nobody ever called back. Never

On September 01, 2021, We ordered beef soup and the soup would come with the white bean, so they brought to us the old white beam, when we told them the white bean was not good and may make people sick, and we asked for...exchange, the waitress told us that they did not have new white bean so they used the old stuff from previous day, and push the issue to others by telling us that she was not a service person. but she did serve other table.
