Philthy Philly's - Waterloo

I recently had some of the best poutine I've had in a long time at this restaurant. The Philly cheesesteak with all the add-ons was also delicious. I ordered the philthy size, which was huge - it was the size of my head! Unless you have a big appetite, you'll likely have leftovers. The fries were crispy and still crunchy, the onions were real, the bacon was in big chunks, the curds were nice, and there was lots of flavorful gravy and good steak. Overall, it was just mmmmmmm.

The food was not served hot. Two substitutions were necessary for the original order. However, the food was still delicious.

Too salty, left the box open so it was cold and unmelted cheese curds, no fork.

I asked for extra sauce and they added that for me. Food was good and generous with meat.

Fries taste stale or old , no flavor at all an the fries themselves feel very dry even being corvered in chili its very dry , the chili itself its good but the fries ruin the whole thing an its not very Eddible , i have a sore tooth so these fries was my meal an i cant even eat it i feel like i wasted money , at least the pancakes are good but im not able to eat the fries
