Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Wonderful food and great customer service. Especially one Indian staff Rashma offered excellent hospitality and was very welcoming. Food was just awesome and had the authentic Mexican taste.Will definitely visit again

Mucho Burrito hits home for me with the selection of fresh toppings.The pork carnitas bowl loaded with house burrito sauce andmango salsa has been my comfort food.As a South asian, the selection of ht sauces are to die for.Definitely recommend giving it a try if your taste buds crave that extra hot with a nice touch of flavours.Cheers

I am really disappointed with the service to the point where I am completely put off coming back here. The inconsistency in the serving inside the tacos is frustrating to me.I stopped ordering via skip a while ago for this very reason and here I am trying it again giving it another chance, only to be disappointed again.Just because we don't raise this concern in person doesn't mean that you can get away with putting in very little filling on tacos and expect satisfactory customers when we pay over $15 for taco trio. Its a bad business practise and reflects poorly on how the enployees are trained to save and be cheap rather than building a relationship with your customers so they come back to you.I still enjoy the taste of the tacos and burritos which is why I keep coming back but I cannot stand being scammed lowkey.

I moved to waterloo, and i wanted to try something different and i saw this mexican food outlet as one nearby , i wanted to try osmows too which google showed just beside it) but may be some other day , read the reviews and all and i was like....lets seee ..i can try mexican thing , i would say great food and good and professional staff ?. I was unaware about the flavours so cris explained me well and it was a very delicious bowl ? . Worth it ?

We ordered a Mucho sized burrito (their biggest), a burrito bowl, and some Chips&Queso.Hands down the best franchise burrito location I've been to. They gave bountiful amounts of every ingredient, especially the meat. Normally places skimp on the meat hoping the customer asks for more so they can make a few extra bucks. Not this location, every bite of both the bowl and burrito was packed full of our choice of meat.Continuing on the quantity they give, the portions are massive. I'm a big eater and could only manage to eat half my burrito and some chips&queso before I had to tap out. The day after I still had half my burrito as leftovers and that half alone filled me up to the point where the last few bites were a struggle. The bowl was so filled that slapping the lid down on it took some real force as the food was piled on in there. The bowl was on the same team as the burrito in the sense that only half could be eaten before a belly would burst. The chipbag for the chips&queso was filled right to the top as well.Now for quality, all the ingredients were fresh, flavourful, and overall delicious. Normally when eating I can pick out something I wish was done slightly different, but out of the 3 items we had I couldn't pick out a single gripe. Every bite reinforced the happiness I felt when reflecting on our choice for dinner that day.We will definitely be returning customers to this location. They do burritos right.
