Harvey's - Waterloo

Typical fast food hotspot. This is just an average fast food place that has decent prices. It is slightly on the smaller side and the floor seems sticky, however, overall the quality of food is decent and the staff are nice.

It was pretty good. They didn't mess up my order, but they did the woman before me. Really good Bacon Double Cheese poutine.

Always loved their food and they without fail always do their best to give a great customer service experience. Even during the pandemic their washrooms were open. I am delivery driver and bought food from them recently. Because it was extremely hot outside, I asked them for ice... The lady quickly gave me two large glasses, one full of ice and the other full of water... I ran out of words to thank her.

Don 't like the food but had two coupons for a free burger and was starving because no soup kitchens open Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. You would think gnawing hunger from eating only cashews for two days would have made the burger taste better but not really. Don 't understand the popularity of these places.Dietary restrictions: Luckily they still have beef. I am allergic to soy protein so can not eat veggie burger.

Me and my boyfriend went in at about 8pm tonight and they guy serving us was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, fast and overall good service. Just happy to see good service isn’t completely gone.
