Contribuiți la feedbackI have been going to this restaurant for most of my adult life, although not as much recently. Today, I decided to give it a try. The service was attentive and good. There was plenty of coffee, and the eggs, toast, and jam were delicious. However, the home fries were not up to par - they seemed reheated and were too hard to eat. As someone who is now handicapped on one side, navigating the trip downstairs was difficult. The restaurant's layout made it nearly impossible to maneuver through the narrow hallway, especially with extra chairs and high chairs blocking the way. The restaurant is in need of a renovation as it feels outdated. Despite these issues, I would consider returning.
Came to Angie's for breakfast, and ordered the breakfast special, eggs benedict with schnitzel and a half portion of french toast. Could not finish everything since the portions are huge but it was delicious. Our waitress was really friendly as well.
I recently had the most expensive breakfast I've ever had, but it was absolutely amazing. I love beautifully presented dishes, and this German breakfast was a huge portion that even a big German might struggle to finish in one sitting. I ended up eating it over two meals. To top it off, while I was seated, a young waitress brought out warm, freshly baked cinnamon rolls. It felt like I had died and gone to heaven. The food was incredible, and the cinnamon rolls were particularly delicious – they even tasted great three days later. As an added bonus, they gave me a nice coupon for my next visit.
The cinnamon was excellent, the breakfast was delicious. However, the service was average. The prices were reasonable and fair.
It was good at his time, but the owners have sold the equipment to one from the city restaurant, and from that date no one else has announced plans of reopening under another name.
