Highly recommend this place and the bbq place next door

Very authentic german beer with games in a great environment.

Slow service and meh beer. Every now and then they will have a decent one but not often. No food, but you can order out or get some BBQ next door. It is kid friendly for the most part during the slower times.The real kicker with this place though is the service is shockingly slow. I've walked in there when there were like a five people in the place and waited 10 minutes for a beer. Usually if it is moving slow I walk down the street to the other 4 or 5 places around there.One really redeeming quality is the whiskey of the week offerings. If you want to try new stuff, it's a good special to watch.

1st time here and I need to come back more often. Beer and bourbon was so good. I totally enjoyed the afternoon here.

One of the coolest little breweries I’ve ever visited. It’s full of German flavor. If everyone here wasn’t speaking English, you’d think you were in Germany! This is a great bar for the more mature crowd who values the flavor of what they’re drinking. If you like good beer you’ll love this place. If you love good bourbon you’ll be overwhelmed by the selection (I swear they have almost everything available to pour, even the rarest of stuff). In fact, they even have a cabinet full of interesting bourbons for sale at better prices than the liquor stores! Also, I felt that everything here was quite reasonable priced. Worth the drive from across the River in Missouri for sure.
