Starbucks - Waterloo

I visit this restaurant almost every day since having my baby, and I always order the same thing, but it tastes quite different each time. They often forget to add vanilla to my vanilla cold brew, which has led me to keep a bottle of vanilla syrup in my car now. Haha!

This Starbucks is located inside the Target store at Crossroads in Waterloo, IA. I see it as a convenient spot for grabbing a cup of coffee. The young barista, though clearly busy, was friendly and patient. As always, the coffee was fantastic. My only issue is that they don't allow tipping the barista.

I absolutely love Starbucks' holiday selections! They bring something new every year! I tried the Chestnut Praline latte, and it’s both nutty and delicious! You can’t go wrong with the Caramel Ribbon Crunch any time of year!

I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet the staff didn't even bother to ask for my name when taking my order or when handing me my drink. The overall customer service was disappointing.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. The drive-thru often has a long line of around 10 cars due to its popularity, but if you walk in, you'll typically be served very quickly.
