Contribuiți la feedbackThis red Lobster looked great and felt clean. The staff was very friendly (I could do without the Hun and Sweet, I am as 10 years older than you). Our meals were delicious and we left to go home with full believers and more food. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster location to friends and family. Totally great experience.
I went to the Red Hummer last night because I wanted a lobster out of the tank. They were completely out of them for the first time. The server that did a pretty good job recommended the crab legs. I have two pounds of it when he brought his legs to me. They're too small. I had a damn time to get the meat out of him and he came back after 5 minutes and it said how it tastes? I said I don't know yet. The server did good work, but it is not above average. The place was about empty. That was 6:30. Also my meal came to 134 and some change way overpriced for what I got. The 2 lb crab legs alone were $70. I strongly recommend not to get the crab legs. You're not what you think. They were too small to serve everyone. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a red lobster. I'm sorry I couldn't give you a better score, but the food sucked last night and you really need to keep lobsters in your tank. I should have turned around. I'm sorry for the bad review, but it's the truth. Thank you.
Great food drinks. Grand Patron margarita is always good the Ultimate Festival is delicious. Unfortunately, the prices we cannot afford have risen so often.
We made a birthday meal last Sunday at 2:00. The restaurant was only 1/2 full and we waited for our first meal for 45 minutes. We both ordered the endless shrimp festival so that all items should not last too long to cook. It took forever for food, during this time no refills or even cookies. When they didn't bring out any plates to attract them, and no knives during the whole meal only two forks. I don't think I ever had Red Lobster Sampi who wasn't properly arranged, but no matter what was ordered, it was just thrown off on the plate or a bowl without care. The table behind us told us that they waited for over an hour for their first meal to come out and the table next to us with a group of 7 that had been there before our arrival did not receive their first food until after we finally started getting ours and it was all wrong. Even if they complained, you would think that they would try harder to make no mistakes and again and again they would bring out the food and it would be wrong. We didn't even have the same server so we can't just say it was a person who didn't know what was going on. Repeatedly we were told our food was out, but they kept the food on the wrong tables, as I think everyone had the same feast. At least as a group we're just laughing at how bad the service was. The little table behind us said they were there for over 2 hours, and when they asked for their ticket, they brought them a ticket for someone else who wasn't even in our area of the restaurant. It was quite sad that the males spent most of the time chasing staff, either getting a proper bill or getting some food. Let's just say next time we're in Waterloo, we'll definitely find another facility. When we left, we realized that most employees were back to take breaks and smoke, so that could consider why nobody had taken responsibility all the time.
Love the coconut shrimp! Perfect every time! It's my favorite place to go. I've been getting the salmon bowl. Salmon cooked perfect and love the Brussels sprouts! Waterloo is lucky to have Red Lobster here.
