Denny's - Waterloo

Waited for 25 minutes and no server came to the table. There were plenty of servers walking around and so was the general manager Brian who sat us. Left and went to applebees

I came in at 10pm Saturday abby was so friendly the new mgr Julie was running around helping Abby and julie also jump back and helped the cook so everyone's food came out fast and hot I have never seen food look and taste so good julie even made time to come around to all the tables and check on everyone Abby was very attentive and fast and a great personality I loved coming to Dennys when I received such great service thanks Julie and Abby you guys make Dennys great again I will definitely be back.

The last two times we went for brunch (senior group from our church), it became obvious they had made some improvements in the prompt service they offered. One complaint is the long time spent trying to pay instead of charging at table side or to waitress.

We hadn't been to a Denny's in years since they closed in our area. While out traveling, we found a Denny's in Waterloo and stopped for breakfast. The food and coffee were great and Stacy, our server, was very friendly and attentive.

Our waitress was Ashley and she was absolutely AMAZING! We stopped in for a bite to eat after driving 9+ hours and we were all tired and hungry and maybe a bit moody but our service was amazing!!! Ashley was so friendly and didn't seem to mind us being hangry, she was super attentive and made sure we had the BEST dining experience. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Good food and great service is hard to find these days!!!!
