Dairy Queen Store - Waterloo

The ice was good, but there was only one staff member working the long drive-thru line, resulting in a long wait.

I was disappointed because one of them came before me and didn't even order them. she ordered when she went to the pick-up window and then ordered. there was a series of cars behind me and we had to wait longer because they had to take time to complete their order, although they did not go through the order line.

Just tried to order and the employee said one moment. After over five minutes of waiting, nothing! Tried to ask for help there was no answer. Waited a little longer still nothing. Ended up going down the street to Culver’s.

My husband loves chocolate and banana shakes and here they use real bananas, so I get them for him from here.
