Contribuiți la feedbackMy partner and I went to Magog and stopped at this restaurant for lunch. I ordered the asparagus soup and the Ham Steak from the menu. The taste of the food was decent, not bad. You should give it a try!
We frequently visit this restaurant and always enjoy their delicious specialties at lunchtime and in the evening. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, perfect for families. The food is consistently good, with generous portions and great service. We can't understand the previous reviewer who mentioned a $60 lunch - that must have included drinks. The prices are reasonable and you will leave feeling satisfied. We have dined here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with various groups and have never had a bad experience. We have been loyal customers for years and continue to be impressed.
I came here for lunch after a bike tour in the area. We ordered a large vegetarian pizza, two beers, and a shared salad. The pizza was delicious and the salad was better than average. It was definitely more food than most couples would eat for lunch, and I imagine a smaller pizza would have been enough. The prices were a bit on the expensive side for what we got, but I understand that this is a tourist area. The service was good and the atmosphere was decent. While I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place due to the prices, the food was tasty.
We decided not to cook and went here for dinner. Very local with a campsite adjacent. There were a few tables and it was very québécois talks in English and French. The thin crust pizza was very good. The Greek salad was definitely made at home with the chefs influence and the vegetable soup was made like Grandma earlier. As in most canteens in Quebec, the roast chicken was excellent and the side of the Greek potatoes made it unique. A diner had the Salsbury Steak with grilled onions and the third had a grilled cheese sandwich with soup and salad. Cheap wine and drinks. Like a cozy atmosphere, it makes it easy to make a pizza for the nights you arrive on your weekend retreats or just don't want to cook. Very nice bilingual staff also!
Went here for lunch after a bike ride in the area. Had a large veggie pizza, two beers and split a salad. Pizza was excellent and salad was above average. This was more food than most couples would eat for lunch and I'm sure a medium pizza would have been plenty. For what we got, I thought it was a little pricey, but this is a tourist area.Service was good and it had a decent atmosphere.I would not recommend this place because of the prices, but the food was good.
