Jimmy John's - Waterford

I ordered from the drive-through, but when it came time to pay, I realized I didn't have my card with me. The staff was really patient and kind while I placed my order through the app. Overall, I had excellent service, delicious food, and great people.

My first visit to this location was a wonderful experience. Hannah, the Order Taker (as noted on my receipt), was extremely polite and professional. I had some questions about the Rewards program, and she answered all of them thoroughly. Since I arrived about 20 minutes after they opened, I believe she was the only staff member present, but she was very organized. She labeled my pickles as 1/4 and 1/2, which was incredibly helpful for this mom of four. I ordered the 1/4 sliced pickle for my kids to share, so it saved me from having to guess which was which. She also took the time to double-check my order once I was done. Excellent service! Additionally, I was pleased to find that the hours listed on Google matched the actual hours of operation, which hasn’t been the case at another location I visited earlier.

The staff at the window were very friendly. The food was excellent, just like always. Food rating: 5/5.

The best team I've ever encountered! They are incredibly quick with sandwiches. I literally drove into the drive-thru and, just like that, pulled out with my sandwich in hand—a bag of chips and a soda were in the bag too. It felt like a truly magical experience. When the talented performers, who pursued Jimmy John all over the globe, moved as slowly as their delivery service, they could easily create a historical museum in any restaurant.
