Burger King - Waterford

They truly go above and beyond. The food is always served hot and fresh, and I really appreciate the kind notes they leave on the bags. Thank you for that!

I waited over an hour for my food, and when it arrived, everything was very cold. My daughter's kids' meal didn't come with a toy, despite us specifically asking for one based on her gender. Overall, I do not think it was worth the money I spent. I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances in hopes that things would improve, but I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was really cold. The delivery driver came from a different town, so it's not entirely his fault. I would expect Burger King to notice this and ensure the food is made fresh and served promptly.
