We generally enjoy dining at Boston Pizza. On this occasion, there were four of us and the restaurant was not very crowded. There were many booths available. However, we were not pleased with the unfriendly attitude of the hostess, which is usually not the case.

I have always received excellent service at BP Waterdown. The staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience dining there, despite reading some negative reviews. It seems like I may have only visited on good days.

There were 4 booths and 4 tables available, but unfortunately there was nothing available for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids. We had to wait for half an hour for a table for 6.
