Subway - Waterbury

I had to greet the employees. This location is not exactly welcoming in doors- perhaps I would have had better luck in the drive- through. Just purchased the new “ baja steak and jack”

Went there twice two different days both days were both bad it was the same Indian lady she was more concerned about having a conversation with me had to repeat my order many times she made the sub very sloppy! The second time i went was the same lady and told her about last time but it was the same. Go else where sloppy workers and food quality very bad

I purchased a turkey w/avocado spread and my 1/2 grinder was like the size of hot dog roll. Wanted to try new wraps with avocado spread but they did not have plain wraps. Won't be going back to subway. After eating that so called grinder it was like nothing. Still hungry

Staff waited for me when I ordered my family. She stood there patiently and made my sandwiches. Sandwiches were made perfect and since I am old, they helped me carry the bags out. Thanks underground! You trained people well.

Super clean business. Great place for lunch and dinner. I have chicken bacon rally under and my wife got the salad both were good. I was greeted by two ladies and Subs were just great. Recommend this place when in the area.
